What if I am not sure of the type of service I need?

  • Whether your setting up care for yourself or your loved ones, please give us a call and we can discuss the services we offer. We would then plan to come out and write up a personalized plan of care to meet your needs. We also make recommendations of what may be needed in the home to ensure the safety of your loved ones.

What if my needs change?

  • We can add or decrease your service/hours or level of care as your needs change.

Do I have to sign a contract?

  • There is no long term contract, you will sign a service agreement giving us 48 hours notice to cancel a shift or cancel service completely. Of course we can also provide care ongoing indefinitely if needed.

What if I don't like my caregiver?

  • We do our best to match personalities. If you do not feel your caregiver is a good fit for you or your loved one please let us know and we will put another caregiver in place.

Can a caregiver help me pay my bills or use my credit card when shopping?
